First night back to Isla since December. The moon decided to welcome us.

Topaz is now fully open for business! Now our guests are steps away from great food for breakfast , lunch and dinner. We had an advance taste of some of the great dishes being served on our visit in October and can say honestly everything was really tasty. Congrats to Daniel, Heather, Michelle and Chris on being up and running after all you long days of hard work!

Yes, Villa Wiley has a TV. In fact, TWO of them! And they are nice big ones. They don't have regular cable, but they connect to Netflix and You Tube so if you happen to have a rainy day, or If you just feel like a lazy few hours in air conditioned comfort, you can relax and binge watch your favorite show.

Our favorites, if you are done with your own latest picks and want some ideas - Daredevil or Jessica Jones are great for Marvel fans. We watched those last time we were down. History Buffs might like Marco Polo. And if you want to stay tropical? Try Black Sails - a prequel series to Treasure Island about pirates and swashbuckling. None of these are for kiddos, but lots on Netflix for them too!

All that said though - Go Outside!! You are on an island!!! It's Awesome! 😄 Have fun and enjoy! 🌴🌴🌴

Or the TV in the living room will pivot to face out to the balcony - 😉 best of both worlds . . .

One of the greatest things about Isla Mujeres is the sea turtles. These pictures are of some sea turtles tracks in the sand across the road from Isla 33 during turtle egg laying time in early July. Way cool.
