LimiKai Designer Villa is a true oceanfront retreat in Isla Mujeres, designed with open-concept living and inspired by Mayan and Japanese principles that bring a sense of calm to every space.

Surrounded by tropical greenery and Caribbean views, the villa offers a private, tranquil setting with rooftop lounging areas, including a net lounge for sunset and stargazing.
