We are so blessed here in Baja California Sur for opportunities to see and swim with one of the most amazing creatures on this planet - the Whale Shark (Rhincodon typus). They are the largest fish on the planet can reach up to a possible 20 meters and 34 tons. They only feed on microscopic plankton and small fish. Responsible snorkeling with the Whale Sharks is one of the most exhilarating experiences, however, we can not stress enough the importance of partaking in this activity with the utmost respect for these majestic creatures under guidance of authorized tourism operators.

🐳 When you join us for a surfing & outdoor adventure retreat during the months of November to March, we get the privilege of watching the whales put on an incredible show 🐳. This year we consistently scored multiple sightings each day.

Some days when we are really lucky, they come within 200ft of where we were sitting on our surfboards waiting for waves. 🏄‍♀️

On this particular day our guests Jacqui Heidi, Bec, Joe scored some super waves and had whales putting on a show in between sets -
super chill and swell times all round 😍

If the surf is flat, we can organise boat trips for you to go whale watching and/or sustainable fishing, free-diving, spear fishing.

The beauty of our location here in Baja means we have activities and adventures galore, or simply unwind and relax in hammock at our beautifully zen beach front retreat The Baja Flow
