A FABULOUS NEW DAY AT THE OASIS: has found new owners/visionaries to continue and improve our awesome location and services. (Due to pandemic and family issues, we've been tragically unable to visit this lovingly built vacation paradise for several years.)

When we first came over that magical speedbump (you know the bump—it takes you back in time to a pristine time-warp beach community where the playa is untouched and everyone knows everyone) and into Troncones, we knew we were home. When, after years of searching, we found THE lot, we knew it was THE SPOT. At the solitary end of Troncones’ quietest beach, right on the best sandy swimming beach, with stunning ocean views as well as a beautiful view down the beach. Sandy ocean frolicking and our own surf break right out front. Three miles of empty flat beach to the left, and stunning rocky coves and tidepools to the right. Heaven!
Casa Oasis, at that time, was an idea and an overgrown tropical lot. Several years, many permits, much contsruction later, Casa Oasis Troncones vacation rental was born. We first rented in 2010. (And it has since grown to encompass two houses and four units on our lush tropical beachfront compound.
In the 8 years since, we’ve developed a large family of return guests and regulars and we keep making new friends every week. Life is good on our safe, sweet beach spot. We hope you’ll come join us!

With 20 years of hospitality experience under our belt, we are more than hosts—we are Vacational Therapists,™ and we love our job not because it generates income, but because it does a little much-needed good in a difficult world. Because Casa Oasis provides our guests with a much needed break from their busy lives. A time to refresh and renew in a beautiful, peaceful, safe and comfortable environment, to be amazed by Nature, to be pampered a bit by our staff, to lie around reading half naked in a hammock in the shade of a palm tree, or to hit the many nearby surf breaks on a daily basis. Whatever you need, we want to provide the home away from home for you to go at it.
Our goal is that you return to your world rested and recharched, ready to thrive. With fond memories and maybe even a tan. And of course, that you come back, again and again.
(Yes, we took that picture right in front of Casa Oasis. That’s a mama Sea Turtle heading back out to sea after laying her eggs. It only happens in daylight on really windy, cloudy days. But the turtles, like our guests, love our beach.)
