All of our Casita's are furnished to match this Casita. We have two one bedroom Casitas , Casita Estero and Casita Oceana which are around 850 sq feet and have patio decks, with awesome views of the ocean. We also have 4 other Casitas, Casita Primera , Segunda, Arriba , and Redonda which are around 550 sq and also have wonderful patios. We are located on Ocean front property in the small Mexican village of Los Ayala, Nayarit. Our Casitas offer you all the comforts of home including Air Conditioning, King size comfortable beds, fully equipped Kitchens with granite counter tops. Wifi and internet access and television with access to Canadian and America and Mexican channels. Come for a walk thru our wonderful tropical garden located within our safely gated and secured walls and enjoy our wonder heated pool and pool deck which offers unbelievable ocean views. You are going to love our location.

While traveling you always want to make sure you feel safe and comfortable. I sure did. We didn’t get too lucky with the cleanliness at some other locations while on our vacation. Casita Arriba was so clean and kept up. Alicia and her husband were very accommodating. The view was amazing. Location was great. You have everything you needed close by. Tim answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. My Aunt who came with me is already thinking to book again with her family. Again, the cleanliness was the best! We treated this place as if it was our own. P.S. Mr.Tim if Alicia and her husband ever need seem time off. If you’re looking someone to watch over the facilities. I’m your gal! 🤣

Still a few minor adjustments to do with the interior designs, bedding and cushions almost complete. Alicia and Eduardo are working hard putting the final touches in order.
