Can't ever seem to get a good picture of this dish. It is Fish (usually Snapper or Corbina) wrapped in a flavorful topical leaf called Hoja Santa, or locally "Momo". I can't describe the taste, but it is something between Mint, cinnamon and rootbeer. Traditionally it is cooked with Green Platanos but I prefer them a bit riper and with Chili Xcatic.
