Tasman When luxury meets adventure

Santa Casa holds its history quietly.

You feel it in the details — in the way each room is slightly different, in the textures, the light, the small corners that feel almost hidden. There’s a sense that everything has been there for a while, just waiting to be noticed.

The story is part of it, but so is the way the space lives today.

Laiva has this way of catching you off guard.

You turn a corner and suddenly it’s all color, light, and shapes that don’t try too hard but stay with you for a life time. The subtle pink walls, the shadows, the way every corner feels special, unique, without feeling staged.

It’s not just a place you walk through.

It’s one you remember forever.

Ámina isn’t the kind of place you arrive to all at once.

You start noticing it little by little — the tones, the textures, how everything just sits naturally in the landscape. Nothing feels forced.

The desert, the architecture, the sea… all moving at the same pace.

It’s quiet, open, and kind of hard to explain.

But once you’re there, it just makes sense.

As some of you already know, Catalina had babies.

They’ve been quietly settling in, making their way through Ámina little by little — small, curious, still getting used to their new home.

We thought it was only fair they had names.

And we’d love your help choosing them.

You don’t have to check in to live Laiva.

Just come by, order something cold, sit by the pool, and let the afternoon stretch a little longer than planned. In the middle of San José, but it somehow feels far from everything.

An easy way to get a taste of Laiva, no overnight needed.

If you haven’t been yet, this is your sign.

You wake up and the first thing you notice is the natural light.

It slips in through the tropical trees and through the tall windows, moving across the room, framing small pieces of what’s outside, the sea in the distance.

At Casa Sal, the architecture is quiet, but intentional.
Always reminding you where you are.

Coming soon. Stay tuned.

Laiva’s Fam Trip — a few days that felt longer than they were.
Sun, salt in the air, slow mornings that turned into afternoons without noticing.Good food, better conversations, and that feeling of not needing to be anywhere else.
Some trips just stay with you.
This was one of them.

FAM TRIP — PART TWO

By day three, everything felt softer. Slow mornings, time stretching between the beach and just wandering around.

That night, lower lights, quieter conversations. The last day came easy. Coffee, packing slowly, a few last moments before leaving.

Thanks for being part of it. Already feels like something we’d do again.

FAM TRIP — PART ONE
We arrived as the day was slowing down.
A quick check-in, a drink, a long dinner where everyone was still getting to know each other. Nothing rushed
The next day moved between the sea and the rooftop — coffee, water, sun, drinks… and that feeling of not really needing to be anywhere else.

Some days at Ámina are made for the wind.

You wake up, look at the bay, and you can already tell it’s going to be a good day to go out on the water.

Boards, sails, salt in the air, and hours that go by without you noticing.

Windsurfing here isn’t just an activity, it’s part of life in La Ventana. And when you stay at Ámina, it’s all right there waiting for you.

Santa Casa is one of those places where you can feel the history the moment you walk in.

The stairs, the floors, the light coming through the windows, the high ceilings — everything feels like it has been there for a long time, and somehow, you’re just becoming part of the story for a few days.

It’s quiet, it’s warm, and it feels more like staying in someone’s house than in a hotel.
Santa Casa is not just a place to stay, it’s a place to slow down and live inside a different time for a while.
