Mi nombre: "Ilse", (alemán) significado: Ninfa de los ríos; pero digamos que a mi mamá le gusto por el famoso grupo "Flans" en Mexico. (Sí, las que cantan "te conocí en un bazaar el sábado a medio día....".
¿A qué me dedico?:
A disfrutar de la vida, más que nada...
No, jaja, bueno si ... pero... mi pasión son los restaurantes, viajar y conocer (tanto gente, como lugares, conceptos, ideas, cultur

¿Quién soy? Soy una persona alegre con muchas metas en la vida, con una actitud positiva ante las situaciones que va presentando la misma . Agradecida con mis padres y con las personas que me han apoyado con este proyecto que poco a poco va creciendo.
¿Qué me gusta hacer? COMER. - empezó como una necesidad primaria y ahora podemos ver como con el tiempo la comida ha ido evolucionando con el mismo ser humano, buscando ser si no la cosa más importante, unas de las necesidades primordiales del ser humano... ¿Quién no habla de comida? o de "los taquitos que me comí ayer estaban buenísimos"...
SERVICIO. - Estudié Admin. Turística y Hotelera en una escuela llamada "VATEL" (como el famoso maestro de ceremonias/Banquetes de Luis XIV y creador de la crema Chantilly). He pasado por casi todas las areas operativas de un hotel y conozco un poco (o quizá un mucho, pese a que nunca terminas de aprender en este medio) de lo que se trata la hoteleria, el turismo y la restauración (mi pasión). Aún me falta estructurar lo siguiente pero tengo una idea en general. MISION:
Conocer y asistir a restaurantes y lugares que vayan emergiendo o que estén escondidos o que sean ya conocidos en la ciudad, con el objetivo de recomendarlos a mis amigos/conocidos/seguidores y dar una opinión subjetiva sobre ellos. OJO, digo subjetiva porque como para mí puede ser el mejor restaurante/puestito/hotel/lugar/bar etc... para otra persona puede ser diferente. Yo daré mi critica o mi opinión según a lo que he aprendido y sigo aprendiendo sobre el tema. Por otro lado, mi misión es formar parte de las empresas con las que colaboro directamente para lograr un objetivo en común, que es: promover a las empresas de México, que a mi punto de vista tiene un potencial enorme. VISION
Llegar a ser reconocida mundialmente y sacar de ello el mejor provecho para promocionar MÉXICO que no puedo estar más orgullosa de ser Mexicana. Mi país tiene mucho por dar, siento que se puede explotar esa parte, pese a la situación política (a la que me reservo comentarios), económica y como sociedad en general. Quiero poder llegar cambiar la forma de pensar del mismo mexicano y que se den cuento de que tan maravilloso es México y que si es bueno conocer diferentes lugares, pero que aquí nos sobra para presumir. My mission
Visit restaurants and places at the city that are either emerging, hidden or that are already well known. All of these with the aim of making subjective opinions and recommendations to my friends, acquaintances and followers. Notice that I wrote subjective because what I may think about a restaurant, a stand, a hotel, a place or a bar may differ from what someone else thinks. I will share my critics or opinions based on what I have learned and I am still learning about.
