Casita La Roma is truly unique and cozy, very colorful place, perfect for one or two people (ther’s a space for 1 more in a sofa for extra charge), you’re going to love the building is very peculiar and colonial architecture style, it is one floor building which is perfect!! One bedroom, full bathroom, Living room, dinning room, and small kitchen. The location is great, Colonia Roma is
one of the loveliest and hippest neighborhoods in Mexico City. During Night time the place is very calm and quiet so you can really enjoy that!! And you can be in contact any time with Maria and David for anything you need. The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located at Roma Sur (Ave. Insurgentes Sur and Baja California), walking friendly Neighborhood, despite the activity always feels serene and good vibes. This is a great place to explore Mexico City, both the touristy places and the cool local hangouts. You will find everything you need in here very close by or easily accessible by public transportation or bike., all the services, restaurants, commercial and Family-run coffee shops, laundry, hospitals and more… ohh forgot to mention there is a Saturday street Market just one block away, good place to get organic produce and great street food antojitos mexicanos,Tacos and amazing Barbacoa!! A Short walking distance you will find the wonderful Medellin Market (Mercado de Medellin), with a really extensive variety of organic products, delicious food and sweets! Medellín 234
Col. Roma Sur. This is a very good located neighborhood just a step away from la Condesa and Roma Norte Neighborhoods with an extensive nightlife, good restaurants and bars around. Getting Around:
METROBUS: Station chilpancingo Linea 1, 5 minutes walking or less , which runs up and down Avenida Insurgentes, is a very convenient way of getting to Condesa and Roma. METRO: Station Chilpancingo (line 9) 5 minutes walk or less. ECOBICI : For biking Lovers Short walking distance (search for Ecobici Service) ******ESPECIFICAR!! *Please keep clean the kitchen, if you are cooking make sure to wash and clean everything you use, and leave the refrigerator and stove in a good condition.
*Before leaving all the trash, recycling and other discarded items should be properly bagged.
*The Security deposit will be received by Maria and David when you get the keys of the apartment and they're going to give it back to you when returning the keys making sure the place is in a good condition, and it is understood that you are in agreement with these Guest Rules.
