Three chefs, six hands, one unforgettable evening at Tauro.

On October 31, Tauro Steakhouse welcomes two Michelin-starred chefs from Baja California for an exclusive 6-hand dinner. Roberto Alcocer, the first Baja California native to earn a Michelin star, and Esteban Lluis, founder of Damiana in Valle de Guadalupe and a Michelin star recipient in 2024 and 2025, join our own Christian Schwuger, a Buenos Aires-born master of the grill.

The most memorable entrances arrive by water.

The celebration begins with a private boat gliding through Mayakoba’s mangrove canals, the lagoon still and glassy beneath a soft evening sky. A wooden dock welcomes the couple ashore, and the night opens up from there: mariachis in full charro dress, papel picado swaying overhead, and family dancing beneath warm string lights. By nightfall, the lagoon-side pool glows with floating lanterns as the party carries on, a wedding written in the language of the Riviera Maya.
