This smoke-free penthouse with private balcony and roof top places you next to Kantenah Lagoon and within 15-minute walk of Cedam Museum. Pillow top mattresses, new artwork including the largest wooden Aztec Calendar in all of Puerto Aventuras. This family friendly condo is air-conditioned and features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, guests can expect to find a TV with DVD playe

r and WI-FI. Other standard amenities include a washer and dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, hair dryer, refrigerator. Each of the three bedrooms has its own private bathroom. A Private Rooftop Solarium is directly above the condo, which has a dining table. Guests can enjoy swimming
in the lagoon or have a 5 -minute walk (400 feet away) to the beach well suitable for small children. You can also choose to enjoy the waterfront infinity edge pool that belongs to the 4-apartment condo association. Fitness and Spa facilities are nearby. Housekeeping is available upon request at an additional cost. Purified drinking water is provided. The restaurants, shops, marina, and dolphin pools are 15 minutes walking distance. If you want to add some luxury to your stay, you can access our private beach club at the PA Beach club for an additional fee. Your party will have access to all of the facilities including towel service, beach chairs and palapas. You will also get 25% off all food and drinks at the PA Beach Club restaurants and bars.
