Yesterday, the Playa Sonora Realty ladies Sandy and Paloma had the pleasure of attending an incredible Pilates, meditation & wellness event hosted by Core Pilates Studio by Leticia Márquez.

The afternoon was filled with mat Pilates, meditation, gentle yoga, a relaxing sound bath by Zanna Wellness, and a wonderful atmosphere focused on health, balance, and self-care.

Guests also enjoyed delicious treats and local pop-ups like Salads courtesy of Tiki Fresh Food, Matcha Strawberry and Chai lattes courtesy of Alquimia Coffee, croissant sandwiches and charcuterie cups courtesy of Soul cheese, deserts by Mash cake, specialty caramel popcorn by venetto, Pilates apparel & accessories by MB Boutique, apparel by Amoe Kawaii and more.
