Our condo is over 2000 sq ft of indoor/outdoor living space. Both bedrooms are extremely spacious with their own patio's and furnished with king size beds (in BOTH bedrooms for comfort) for restful sleep. There are 2 pull out beds in the living room - one sofa queen beds and futon twin bed. The master bedroom, kitchen and living room areas all
have amazing views of the Sea of Cortez and spectacular port view. The balcony is over 400 square feet and will accommodate all of your guests comfortably. The balcony has a huge dinner table with 6 chairs and 3 lounge chairs for you to take in the sun rays in privacy. Please take the time to sit out on the balcony for meals and cocktails...you will be so happy you did. We have both wired and wifi internet connection - if you have to browse internet or to make some progress on your office work. Also, you can bring your own coffee pods for the Keurig machine or bring your own choice of coffee beans to make a fine coffee powder in our machine - you don't have to miss your favorite coffee while enjoying the pleasant morning sun and the beauty of Sea of Cortez. Both bedrooms are furnished with HDTV and wifi capable smart BluRay player along with all that cable channels can offer. So, you will not miss out on your favorite show. Our unique floor plan make this condo feel more like a home. Our location offers a lot of privacy. We are just a few steps away from the beach
