The "Azul" side of the property was built before any records were kept so, although we don't know how old it is, we love the "old Vallarta" style and decor that can be found around the property.

The views. Unobstructed views over Banderas Bay and central PV from several areas of Azul and Rosa. Make absolutely sure to soak up the sunsets from the terrace of Azul, or the rooftop of Rosa.

The character. While the Rosa side was built in 2022, there's no record that tells us when the Azul side was built. Both sides enjoy elements of unique local character like fountains, talavera tiling, exposed wooden beams, brickwork, and more.

Where are we? Right here, just back from the middle of the iconic Malecon in El Centro. A few minutes walk to Zona Romantica and all the best restaurants, galleries, and shops of El Centro too.

The pools. Azul has the expansive patio area with pool and whirlpool bath, while Rosa has the sunny rooftop dipping pool. Both with incredible views over the bay and El Centro neighborhood.
