Karen’s place was clean, beautifully decorated and very accommodating. Check-in was very easy and both Karen and Juan Carlos (concierge) were responsive, kind and amazing to communicate with. The views were stunning. We were not there during whale season, but had the good fortune of getting to see a mama and baby breaching from the rooftop pool. The beds are comfy. Everything you could need is in the condo and the resort staff is very friendly. My sisters and I enjoyed our stay.
