This brand new 1626 square foot (151m2) 2-bedroom modern condo is located on the hillside of 5 de Diciembre in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico.

The rooftop pool and lounge area offer a breathtaking panoramic view of the city, the Bay of Banderas, and the jungle. Nestled on the hill away from the city noise but it’s only a 10-minute walk to Malecón and the beach or a 10-minute ride in the taxi or Uber to the Romantic Zone. Both offer amazing nightlife. Enjoy your breakfast on the ocean facing in-unit large patio and listen to the birds sin

gs and the occasional nearby cock-a-doodle-doo. In the evenings, immerse yourself in the spectacular sunset over the ocean without stepping out of the unit while enjoying the private outdoor grill and soaking pool if you choose not to use the rooftop amenities. There is a construction site nearby. Most guests have not found it bothersome, but everyone's noise tolerance level is different. Please take this into consideration before booking.

he Municipal Government of Puerto Vallarta continues with the withdrawal of large vehicles, such as buses and trucks, which were used to generate blockades following the events recorded last Sunday.

Guadalajara is a big city that’s only a 5/6 hour bus ride from Puerto Vallarta. The furniture in our Casa 8 is custom made there. This year, we’ve taken another trip to visit the nearby Tlaquepaque, a “Pueblo Magico” specializes in arts and crafts.

This place is fabulous. Though their prices are high, but what their quality is unparalleled. Many of the things are one of the kind. We dream about purchasing the large painting with flowers when we first decorating the condo. Those pillows are handmade, each costs about $100!
Needless to say, we were so influenced by the place that its color scheme influenced our living room decor.
We still may go back to buy that painting one day 😅.
