Laundry facilities with high efficiency washer and dryer are also included. Watch the sunset as you make dinner in the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and everything you need for cooking. Just off the dining room is a dining terrace with full-sized Weber gas grill, marble table and seating for four. Enjoy the view from the large, breezy living room and its comfortable couches. The living room and dining room also have mini-split air conditioners. Step outside to the private, walled pool area with shaded pergola area and outdoor living room. Villa Mariposas is a five minute walk to the Pacific Ocean and beautiful Garza Blanca beach and a short 10 minute taxi or Uber ride to the Romantic Zone. If you're feeling adventurous, there's a bus stop just in front of the enclave. Also included are fiber optic cable, wi-fi and free international calling to the U.S. and Canada and other locations. Maid service is provided for weekly rentals and concierge service is available.
