☀️ALERT: Extreme ultraviolet (UV) radiation levels expected in Mexico in the coming hours; this poses a health risk.
According to a meteorological analysis, UV radiation will once again remain at extreme levels across much of the country due to the presence of a high-pressure system ( ), which is driving a heatwave period.
The analysis indicates that these conditions will persist throughout the week, with very hot temperatures ranging from 35 to 45°C (95 to 113°F), mainly in the following states:

Sinaloa
Nayarit
Jalisco
Colima
Michoacán
Guerrero
Morelos
Oaxaca
Chiapas
Coahuila
Nuevo León
Tamaulipas
San Luis Potosí (Huasteca region)
Veracruz
Tabasco
Campeche
Yucatán
Quintana Roo

In the northern, Bajío, and central regions of the country, heat will also be intense, with temperatures estimated between 29 and 36°C (84 to 97°F), with potentially higher heat index values.
Additionally, UV radiation will remain at extreme levels nationwide, so the following precautions are recommended:
Avoid sun exposure between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
