¡Bienvenido! We are Casa Sol y Mar, a modern luxury vacation rental at the center of Old Town, Puerto Vallarta. Our professionally decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 2-terrace condo at The Park condominiums is a one-block stroll to Los Muertos Beach and the Malecon, a seaside boardwalk that follows the edge of the Bay of Banderas. Grab our poolside cart, stock it with towels and beverages, and head up one of two elevators to the seventh floor to enjoy the heated saltwater semi-olympic pool, two jacuzzis, grill, kitchenette, outdoor showers, and seating area with complimentary WIFI. Casa Sol y Mar's location is ideal for its flat walkability - no hills to climb to reach most of the area's best restaurants and shops. From our condo's main terrace, angle your lounger to the right toward the Bay and you can watch the buzz of Old Town activities along the beach near Daiquiri Dick’s restaurant and across Park Lazaro Cardenas, a community hub for Zumba, cultural performances, and the Saturday Farmers' Market. All the delights of this authentic Mexican Pueblo on the Pacific are accessible on foot or by inexpensive, local bus or street/water taxi, making Puerto Vallarta and Jalisco's many attractions low stress and completely doable.
