Casa Duvall experienced a scare a couple of days ago. The road adjacent to the home collapsed due to excavation work in the adjacent property. No one was injured, but significant damage to the utilities for all the surrounding properties. Fortunately, it appears that Casa Duvall and the other associated condos are stable, firmly rooted in the mountain bedrock. Thanks to those who have reached out with concern.
