Condo Mariachi is our beautiful, newly renovated home just across the street from Los Muertos Beach in beautiful Zona Romantica. Take the building elevator down to the lowest level and walk mere steps to Los Muertos Beach to the Mantamar, Ritmos, and Blue Chairs beach resorts, to name a few. Eat, drink, and relax on our private patio with stunning views of Ban
deras Bay while watching and listening to the waves on the beach. Relax in our beautiful living area with locally-made and sourced custom furnishings that we designed. Open the double-paned expansive windows and balcony sliding doors to let in the fresh ocean breeze, or close them so you can enjoy the world-class view in air conditioned comfort. Create gourmet meals in the fully-equipped, modern indoor and outdoor kitchens. Sleep like a baby in the 2 individually air conditioned bedrooms (1 King-sized bed and 1 Queen-sized bed). Walk to the dozens of excellent restaurants and bars in Zona Romantica, including many that are gay-owned or gay-friendly, and the nearby deli and convenience stores. Condo Mariachi is perfectly located on Calle Amapas ... steps from the middle of everything, but also removed just enough for when you want to retreat in privacy. The building that Condo Mariachi is located in includes a pool that's elevated just across the street from the beach. The pool is in the lower right side of some of the photos included. Cable television, strong Wi-fi internet, and cable phone is included with free calls to the all parts of Mexico, the US, Canada and most of the world!! We prefer a 5-night minimum stay due to turnover and cleaning costs, etc. However, we will consider stays of 3 and 4 nights if you contact us first, but there will be an additional $100 turnover fee for any stays less than 5 nights. This fee is not charged if you stay 5 or more nights, so please disregard it in the original quote if that is your situation, and it will be removed. Condo Mariachi is perfectly located, lovingly renovated and modern in the heart of historic Zona Romantica. You will enjoy our home whether you are on a brief vacation or staying the entire season.
