Puerto Morelos
Puerto Morelos is the hidden gem of the Riviera Maya — just 15 minutes from the Cancun International Airport but a million miles away from the glittery Cancun hotel zone and the spring-break atmosphere of its other close neighbor, Playa del Carmen. Getting around town is easy. Taxis are readily available, walking to town is a 20-minute beach walk, or bicycles are available to guests on a first come first served basis. It was brought to my attention that a SCAMMER is posting our property for rent, collecting deposit money, and then ghosting the victims who realize the scam after they arrive in Puerto Morelos. This is a common scam with vacation rentals.
We DO NOT use a private, third party vacation rental company to book our properties. We use VRBO, Air B&B, and privatly through me.
You should only rent through known, reputable owners and agents. Do your research. If it looks too good to be true, it probably is!

If you have booked at Casita KinHa with anyone besides VRBO, Air B&B, or directly with me, PLEASE reach out to me. We have scammers that have stolen our photos off the web and have listed it as their own. We had someone stop by yesterday to see the suite before she booked (with the scammer). We were all very lucky that we were there and were able to stop her from making a very expensive mistake!
The scammer was 'Angela MG' on Facebook, but she must have moved one to another name because she has disappeared.
