This November 20, 2025, our own Chef Edher Cervantes of Palmasola will join Chef Miguel García of Comité at Casa Hoyos Hotel in San Miguel de Allende for a one-of-a-kind evening celebrating the rich flavors of Mexico.

Together, they’ll craft a tasting menu inspired by the Pacific and the Sierra, blending coastal freshness with regional depth — all in support of the Lokkal Foundation, a San Miguel–based non-profit strengthening local community initiatives.
