We’re thrilled to announce something you can’t miss. 🇲🇽
Chiles en Nogada arrive at Pacífico Beach Club, prepared with the original, traditional Poblano recipe.
Born in Puebla in 1821, this dish is said to have been created by the Augustinian Nuns of the Santa Mónica Convent to celebrate Mexico’s Independence. Its colors, green, white, and red, mirror the national flag, making it one of the greatest symbols of Mexican gastronomy.
Available August 7th through September 16th, from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Pacífico Beach Club.
Come taste a piece of history.
