Petrossian NYC Royal Daurenki Caviar is served alongside blue corn tostadas, huitlacoche blinis, Tajín-dusted jícama, roasted corn, avocado, crema Mexicana and fresh molcajete salsa, inviting you to mix, taste and share at your own pace.

Designed for the unhurried hours between afternoon and evening, La Hora del Caviar brings a sense of ease to traditional caviar service, whether enjoyed over sunset drinks on a private terrace for two or gathered around the table with family and friends.

Introducing the Aramara Caviar Quartet, the first of two new caviar experiences at Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita.

A four-course tasting flight, the Quartet explores Petrossian NYC Royal Daurenki Caviar through Aramara’s Pan-Asian point of view, moving from Bluefin Tuna Tostada with Yuzu Kosho and Hamachi Sashimi with Lemon Gel to Roasted Brioche with Fig Jam and Foie Gras and Shiitake and Wild Mushroom Chawanmushi.

Each bite reveals a different side of caviar through citrus, umami, richness and texture.

The first of two distinct expressions, with another to be revealed soon.
