Down in SF last month. Saw Dick Botkin at Los Colonos HOA meeting. Not much to report, people still not paying and lack of funds, like us. I had lunch at the "Deli" restaurant at the the entrance, which used to be the sales office. Nice lunch and friendly service. That is where Los Colonos had their meeting.
