Hotel El Ganzo is a 69-room, beachfront hotel that stands at the marina of an old fisherman's wharf in La Playa (San José del Cabo, BCS) with suites with limitless views of the Sea of Cortez, a rooftop bar and lounge, a full-service spa and a swimmable beach club. El Ganzo hosts a unique foothold in the world of the arts - with live artist installations, an in-house recording studio, as well as a bustling schedule of musicians playing on-site - it is an art and music lovers' utopia. Since our opening in 2012, we have utilized sustainable practices throughout the eco-friendly hotel and continues to put a stronger emphasis on growing El Ganzo’s sustainability efforts regularly. In 2020 we began to expand efforts even further beginning with the certification process as B Corp and are now the first Mexican hotel certified as a B Corporation.

She blends Traditional Chinese Medicine, classical Sivananda yoga, microbiome science, and land-based healing rituals. Bridging ancestral wisdom with modern neuroscience, Dr. Natasha brings a deeply grounded approach to healing through food, movement, breathwork, and plant medicine. Raised between her Nicaraguan and Lebanese roots, her work invites us to return home to our bodies and reclaim a sense of true belonging.
