Dear friends of The Grand Regina.
We would like to inform you that hurricane Newton impacted Los Cabos as a Category 1 during the night of Monday 5th and caused minor damages to our property and its facilities; mainly in landscape due to the strength of wind and rain.
Guests and staff stayed overnight at our shelter where we had all basic services. At a glance, we had water leaking through the windows of some villas, and we are currently doing a full assessment which will be reported to Wesley Brown and Gary Allcorn in case you need further information. We will spend the rest of the week cleaning the premises. We are currently working with our supplementary power plant, as the CFE (Electricity company) is still busy on fixing the power supply lines on the road. We have also experienced some communication issues with e-mails and phone lines but all this should be fixed and working properly within the next 24 hours.
We will be able to offer regular service in Food and Beverage and upper pool by noon today, so that guests can keep enjoying their stay.
Thank you for your concerns and for any further information please call us directly at +52 (624) 1739000.
Best Regards.
The Management.
Grand Regina.
