Desde Israel hasta San Miguel de Allende, recibimos a Adi, una joven apasionada por la sustentabilidad y la agronomía, que llega por primera vez al continente americano para compartir y aprender.
👩🌾 Egresada en Sustentabilidad, Adi busca poner en práctica sus conocimientos y aportar a la agronomía en México. Durante su estancia con nosotros en Mesón Amelia, nos ha compartido un poco de su cultura gastronómica y, sobre todo, su esencia como persona.
Aunque el choque cultural ha sido inevitable, estamos seguros de que este viaje en México será para ella una experiencia llena de aprendizaje cultural, espiritual y humano.

From Israel to San Miguel de Allende, we welcome Adi, a young woman passionate about sustainability and agronomy, visiting the American continent for the very first time to both share and learn.
👩🌾 A graduate in Sustainability, Adi is eager to put her knowledge into practice and contribute to agronomy in Mexico. During her stay with us at Mesón Amelia, she has shared a bit of her culinary culture and, most importantly, her unique essence as a person.
While the cultural differences have been a challenge, we are certain that this journey in Mexico will become an experience full of cultural, spiritual, and personal growth.
