Our brand new Garden House of Cozumel is now open! We have an opening starting April 18th for one of the studios. Rent: $900 usd per month, minimum rental is preferably 3 months or longer (Although we can talk about your needs). Located on Calle 9 at the corner of avenue 20. Look for the green house. Consists of a king or two single beds with private bath, private garden and fully equipped kitchen. That's four blocks from the water in Centro Cozumel!

This photograph was captured several months ago. We will commence operations on January 1 and post our completed photos shortly. The two studios have been rented from our opening until April 1st. Only Martha's Casita will be available starting January 20th, with rental rates beginning at $775.00 USD for one person and $950.00 for two. Located on Calle 9 and Avenida 20, we are just four blocks from the sea. An art studio is available on the premises for guest use; please inquire for further information.

It is the second story studio and has a circular steer for access which continues up to the roof for your evenings sunset. rents start at $850 USD. monthly... including water and cleaning service. Thanks giving here on the island of Cozumel... So several of the restaurants offer Turkey and tonight I thought of my son's cream of cauliflower soup and my daughter's macaroni and cheese but instead we ate calamari and squash soup but then what followed was lovely turkey, addressing a milk gravy and squashed sweet potato. I'm grateful for family and the new residents with the opportunity to share with all of you. A residence with three studios where people can come and hang out. again Happy Thanksgiving! Menu? squash soup ( I pretended it was my son's cauliflower soup) sweet potato ( thought of my daughter's macaroni and cheese which is a tradition) My dear friend Marco who's always great company. Enjoy!
