How we work:
1️⃣ Select your required items and the rental period. Items can be picked up from 5:00 p.m. on the day prior to the rental day.
When picking up the rental gear, bring your credit card to authorize the security deposit
2️⃣ Dive anywhere you want in Cozumel!
3️⃣ After the dive, you return the items before 5:00 p.m. on the rental day itself.
The security deposit will be 100% refunded if the items are returned on time and in a perfect condition.
F.A.Q.
1) Pick up and drop off
Materials can be picked up from 5:00 p.m. on the day prior to the rental day and must be returned before 5:00 p.m. on the rental day itself.
!!! The security the deposit must be paid by creditcard when picking up the items !!!

2) Security deposit
The security deposit per rental item is equal to the retail price. This value will be temporarily blocked on the customer’s credit card without taking any money from the cardholder’s account. The customer ensures that sufficient funds are available if we need to capture the security deposit amount when rental items come back damaged. The customer gives us a pre-authorization for the security deposit. If the rental item is damaged or lost, there will be an amount deducted from their credit card.
The temporary hold on the credit card is for 7 days.
3) What if the item is damaged?
Please report any damage or defects when returning the equipment. For all damages a quotation will be made to cover the repair costs. If the item is beyond repair, the total amount will be charged. This will be automatically deducted from the security deposit.
4) What if the item is lost?
In case of loss or theft, the new value of the equipment will always be charged (regardless of its condition).
5) Who can rent diving equipment?
You must be a certified diver to rent diving equipment. If you are still in training, rental must be arranged with your diving instructor.
Stage tanks rental only for a valid tech-diver certification.
Scuba rental Cozumel is not responsible for any diving accidents.
