We chose Cozumel because we know families, divers and anyone who enjoys perfect weather, beaches and crystal clear water will fall in love with this island! We chose the location for our suites because it is walking distance to the ocean, downtown, and even the airport! We picked this property because it was large enough to provide 5 rental suites each with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and outside balcony, plus have enough space to create a backyard paradise! The Suites

Each suite is fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. We have installed on-demand hot water heaters in the bathrooms and high efficiency mini-split air conditioners in the bedrooms for your comfort and convenience. We offer complementary once per week full cleaning maid service. Throughout the unit you will find authentic hand-crafted wood tables and chairs from local artisans. The unit has a furnished living room as well as outside patio complete with table and chairs. Each suite has a Smart TV. The kitchen has a dining table with seating for 6, full size fridge with freezer, microwave, Convection toaster oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender and all the other kitchen essentials as well. Coral Island Suites now offers Induction stovetop burners in every suite. No preheating required. It heats up your pot or pan immediately. Now cook in half the time! We have 2 charcoal barbecues for your use to enjoy all the great flavors of Cozumel fresh off the grill. At Coral Island Suites we want you to enjoy the comforts of home while in your own tropical paradise!

The Pool and Garden Area

Lay beside the pool in one of our lounge chairs. Or enjoy a meal at one of our poolside tables. The in-ground pool and outside shower are both finished with beautiful mosaic tile in all shades of blue that glisten in the sun. We designed the pool to accommodate all of our visitors with a 1 foot deep shallow end (perfect for young children or if you just want to wade your feet) and our deep end is 4 feet deep (at waist/chest height is perfect for older children and adults).We have a lush grassy area if you want to sit and read, lay on your towel in the cool grass, or if the kids want to play! We have 2 coconut palm trees in the backyard each with a different kind of coconut: one with green coconuts and one with yellow coconuts. Try one of each! Growing in our gardens we have banana trees and honeysuckle bushes for our many visiting humming birds. We also are home to many varieties of birds, iguanas, geckos, lizards.
