Keep to yourself or socialize around the large pool and patio area right on the beachfront. Wake up to complimentary coffee and tea with a breakfast menu served poolside. Option to order and charged to your room. Its always up to you. We know this is your time away from the hustle and bustle of your “other life”. Our Story

In the picturesque seaside town of Melaque, the beauty and serenity of old Mexico lives on. Here at La Paloma, an intimate resort, culture and traditional hospitality combine with modern technology and the singular artistic vision of its owner. Conveniently located a couple of blocks from the town square and shopping, yet when you step through the gate, you’re miles away from the world outside in a safe, secure, garden paradise. At La Paloma, you can relax. Really relax. Keep to yourself or socialize around the large pool and patio area right on the beach front. Continental Breakfast is served poolside all year and during winter months we have a breakfast menu for you to enjoy. A great way to meet fellow guests. Also during winter months, a full service drink and snack bar is available from 12pm - 7pm. Perfect for those low key sunset gatherings. This is a home and it feels like one. Family run. Friendly. Natural and easygoing, not glossy and obsessively perfect. Wander through the beautifully landscaped gardens past the water fountains, doze off in a hammock amongst the palms, curl up with a book in soft lounge chair, or under an umbrella on the beach. Go to the art studio to paint or head out to explore the Pacific coastal towns. La Paloma is your home base to enjoy the holiday you want. The La Paloma family has grown too, and look forward to meeting you. La Paloma remains as a private residence and we want you to make this your home in Mexico. 4 dogs, and 3 birds call La Paloma home too along with a garden full of fruit and tropical flowers.
