Located on the beach in Santa Clara, Yucatan, this property features 5 standard rooms (2 p), 2 suites (4 p) and 1 kid’s room (4 children).

We normally only rent the full property to large groups, but we do occasionally rent individual rooms (2 night min). These beautiful cabanas and pool are located right on the beach in Santa Clara, Yucatan. We offer day passes to enjoy the pool, nightly rooms, and a perfect location for parties. ROOMS FOR RENT:
There are two types of rooms available.
1. Standard Rooms (5 available): $2000 mxn per

night (2 persons capacity)
Each standard room features private bathroom with shower, queen bed, and hammock hooks to accommodate 2 hammocks; all bedrooms have mosquito curtains, air conditioning, and fans to ensure you sleep well.

2. Suites (2 available): $3000 mxn per night (4 persons capacity)
Each suite features private bathroom with shower, two queen beds, kitchenette, ceiling fan and air conditioning. A communal kitchen is available for guests' use. Rooms have wifi and there is a TV with netflix in the palapa. The property is gated with cameras around the public grounds for extra security. Guests have full access to the pool just steps from their door, which features a water slide, whirlpool bath, in-pool table and bar stools, and lounge area with chairs. There is also a large palapa with bar, dining area, and grill for those fish you may wish to catch. The pool area includes an outdoor shower and men's and women's bathrooms for added convenience. Other amenities include wifi, volleyball court, use of the kitchen, hammocks, all the coconuts you can eat and drink, and private gated parking. Kayaks and stand up paddle boards are available. Fishing trips and sunrise or sunset cruises can be booked. Check in time is from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Check out is by 11:00 am. Requests for other check in / check out times will be accommodated as possible based on availability. DAY PASSES:
$200 adults / $100 child from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm for use of the pool, palapa and beach area. Pool area has bathrooms and outdoor shower. PARTIES:
