Every year, we take time to rest and care for La Joya. It’s a rhythm we’ve come to value, giving us time to step back, tend to the place, and prepare for the months ahead.

While our doors are closed, we’ll be thinking about the season to come and all the good things we have to look forward to.

Behind every signature cocktail at Tekuamana is a local bird. Naming each one after a bird became our way of bringing a little more of this place to the table.

One of our favorites is Coa: mezcal espadín infused with lemongrass, lime, ginger, aquafaba, honey, and miso.
Bright, layered, and made for sunny afternoons.
