Opened in October 2014, after a full building renovation, the hostel accommodates 36 guests allocated in two 8-bed dorms, one 12-bed dorm, two shared bath private rooms with one double bed each and one en suite private room with two double beds. Our rooms have heaps of natural light and air as well as a huge en suite bathrooms in every dorm with the steaming hot high-pressure showers; the best you're bound to find in a hostel in Latin America. Whether you've been battered by the waves all day or just spent the day lounging at the beach, we believe everyone deserves to sleep on a cloud. With that in mind every bed in the hostel is a high quality pillow-top mattress, 100% Egyptian cotton linens, 100% down pillows, and locally handcrafted 100% cotton blankets. Our custom-built dorm beds feature 1m of headspace, personal reading lights, electric outlets, and large secure lockers with electric outlets inside as well. Our other facilities include reliable gas-heated hot water (no more shocks!), a well-equipped communal kitchen, and several lounge areas for relaxing, reading a book, or having a chat. Guests high-speed Wi-Fi access throughout the entire property as well as free tea and coffee all day. To make life easier, and cheaper, we have decided to give up our commission on tours and instead offer it to you as a discount! These discounts include trips to Las Mariettas Islands, surfboard rentals and lessons with select companies, and drink specials at select bars.
