WHAT IF YOUR NEXT VACATION FELT LIKE BEING BORN AGAIN?
There’s a Mayan word we fell in love with: SIYAN
It means: "The moment you were born.”
Tucked among the trees of Tulum, Mexico, we created a little place where you can slow down, breathe deeper, reconnect and maybe feel a little more alive again.
Casa Siyan, a private 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home inside the gated community of Aldea Savia, Tulum.
But our favorite part??
Morning coffee.
Listening to the songs of wild birds.
Afternoon swims in cenote pools or private, adults-only rooftop pool overlooking the treetops.
Sunsets.
Stars.
No crowded resort pool.
Just you and Tulum.
Casa Siyan also includes:
- 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms
- Private adults-only rooftop pool
- Free parking
- 24/7 manned security
- Gated community
- Gyms
- Padel court
- Cenote-inspired pools
- Children's pool and play area
- Pet area
- Amazon concierge service
You are close to everything that makes Tulum unforgettable, Caribbean beaches, ancient Mayan ruins, magical cenotes, jungle adventures, yoga, massage, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, incredible food and those Tulum nights you never quite forget!
Need everyday conveniences?
Super Markets El Comer, Chedraui, Starbucks, Coppel, Gypsy Market and a nearby movie theater are close by.
Finally, around the corner is one of our favorite little discoveries: Cafe Aroma, a locally owned hidden gem perfect for slowing down over coffee.
But Casa Siyan isn't really about checking things off a vacation list.
It's about waking up without an alarm.
Swimming beneath the Mexican sun.
Standing barefoot outside.
Watching the trees move in the breeze.
Remembering how good it feels to have nowhere else you need to be.
Maybe we don't always need to escape our lives.
Maybe sometimes we just need a place that helps us return to them differently.
Rested.
Inspired.
Grateful.
Alive.
Siyan: The moment you were born.
And perhaps…the moment you begin again.
