El ejecuta el proyecto violando el orden jurídico, dañando el medio ambiente y afectando LOS DERECHOS de lxs que residimos en la región.

La suspensión fue otorgada por considerar posibles afectaciones al derecho aun ambiente sano, pues la ejecución de un proyecto de infraestructura sin una autorización de impacto ambiental es suficiente para sostener que se pone en riesgo el ecosistema, y ES ILEGAL. Además que se evidencian posibles afectaciones al derecho humano a la cultura, pues las autoridades competentes no han realizado labores pertinentes para conservar el patrimonio cultural de la zona.
