The sun slips behind the clouds and the bay goes gold for a few minutes. The waves come in slow, the palms barely move, and you lose track of what time it actually is.

Some places you book for the room. This one you book for the way it makes a morning feel. No rush to be anywhere, the bay doing its thing a few steps away, the whole day still open in front of you. The Beachfront Villa is less about where you sleep and more about how slow you get to take it all.

Some of the best dinners are the ones nobody really planned. You end up at the same table, the drinks come out, and you stay longer than you meant to. That’s kind of the whole point.

You arrive, drop your bags, and within an hour someone’s already claimed the best chair. The game room pulls half the group in, dinner ends up on the terrace with Soliman Bay right there in front of you, and by the second night nobody wants to leave. This is what it looks like when you get the whole place to yourselves.
