We are a young European couple that simply love to travel. We were so happy learning about different cultures and seeing so many different countries, but unexpectedly decided to settle down in Mexico. The beautiful Caribbean beaches and wonderful locals attracted us to the Riviera Maya, but it was in the peaceful Mayan jungle that we decided to build our boutique hotel.
After visiting some of the world’s most beautiful destinations, we were determined to bring a level of luxury never seen before in the Mayan Jungle, and to start the first build of modern villas in the area. As we are both avid travellers, we have added finishing touches to our Jungle Villas using items we have collected from all over the world. Because of this, each one of our villas has its own unique flare and design, so your experience will be totally unique every time you stay with us.
One of the most magical things about our jungle villas is their location. Surrounded by breathtaking cenotes, only a 5 minute drive to the white sands and glistening turquoise waters of Xcacel beach, and 15 minutes to the vibrant nightlife of Tulum, there’s no shortage of things to do and see. However, there’s nothing better than retreating to the pure serenity of the jungle to relax and unwind after a long day exploring.
Nature lovers are guaranteed to be enchanted by Wayak’ as we were, because theres no shortage of stunning wildlife around. Howler monkeys, toucans, Colibri, iguanas, coati, terrapins, Orand Yellow Sulphr butterflies, agouti and fruit bats are just a few of the creatures that call our tropical jungle home. Being surrounded by such diverse and rich wildlife is an experience you can only find deep in the lush Mayan jungle at Wayak’.
