Summer is in full swing now y’all so let’s get this season started lakeside! Fish, grill, or simply relax during our daytime hours (no reservation required for day use of park) from 7am-5pm or enjoy the moonlit night (reservations ARE required for night use of park ONLY) from 5pm-5pm in one of our 70 campsites! This Memorial Weekend we want to firstly remind everyone that glass is not allowed in the park nor is the use of any loud speakers, as we wish to preserve the tranquility of the environment. Secondly, sites are selling out fast and *ALL RV SITES HAVE BEEN SOLD OUT* however boondocking is always available and *silent* generators (must be silent) are welcome.
Hideaway is nestled just 27 miles East of El Paso City limits and the weather is expected to be perfect for the next few days! We’ll see y’all soon 👋🤠

Get ready for a lakeside weekend away from the everyday hustle and bustle!🌳🎣
🌞 Our daytime hours are from:
7am - 5pm on Fri, Sat, Sun, & Mon *last entrance for day use of park is at 2pm*
🌙 Overnight fishing/camping hours are 5pm - 5pm *must book 24hr reservation*
We take pride in being a private quiet park and thank our guests for not using any forms of loud speakers during their stay. We also thank guests for ensuring the safety of all by not bringing glass containers into the park as well. So plan a day trip out or book an overnight reservation with us before all our sites are gone for the weekend! 👋🤠

We have some truly amazing guests visiting the park for the winter!! Since November, beautiful American White Pelicans heading for the coasts of Texas, Florida, Mexico and Central America, have been making pit stops here at HideAway to hunker down for the cold!🥶 Fun Fact: The American White Pelican is one of the largest birds in North America with a wingspan of up to 9.5 feet and a bill that can hold up to 3 gallons of water! 😱 Come check out our gorgeous feathered friends before they leave for the season and always remember to respect the wildlife around you by using caution when entering their habitat. 👋🤠
