Update from Casas Santa Cruz Yelapa
Many of you have reached out concerning Sunday’s events in the Puerto Vallarta / Jalisco area, and we want to share an update.
Yelapa remained peaceful, with only a brief power outage and no damage in our village. The water taxis were briefly suspended so products to the local tiendas were getting sparse.
Puerto Vallarta businesses are reopening today, and schools resume tomorrow.
We are supporting our current guests who had flights and appointments that needed to be rescheduled. What I see around us is people helping people and community support.
Thank you for your messages and concern. The bay is calm, water taxis are running and we are grateful.
