For your protection, please communicate with Lexis Hotel Group only through our official websites, official email addresses and official hotel telephone numbers.

We have become aware of fraudulent communications being sent to guests that may contain genuine reservation details. These scams may be sent via WhatsApp, SMS, email or telephone and may appear convincing.

Please be especially cautious if you are asked to:
* Make an unexpected payment or bank transfer
* Provide or confirm your credit/debit card or banking details
* Share passwords, OTPs, verification codes or other security information
* Click on an unfamiliar payment or verification link
* Download an attachment or provide additional personal information

IMPORTANT: Lexis hotels will not ask you to provide your password, OTP, verification code or full payment card details through an unsolicited email, SMS, WhatsApp message or phone call.

We do not send payment or booking-confirmation links via WhatsApp. If you receive a payment request through WhatsApp or another unexpected messaging channel, please do not make the payment.

Before making any payment relating to your reservation, please verify the request directly with the hotel using the contact details published on our official website:

Please note: Lexis will never ask guests to transfer payment to a personal or individual-named bank account. If you receive such a request, please do not proceed and contact the hotel immediately.

If you believe you have received a fraudulent message relating to your Lexis reservation, please contact us through our official channels and retain the message, screenshots, phone number, email address, payment details and any links provided.
