I-Asrama Elevates Safety Standards with New "One-Push" Emergency Exit System.
In a significant move to bolster occupant safety, the management of I-Asrama Centralized Labour Quarters (CLQ) has announced the completion of a major safety infrastructure upgrade. The traditional "Break-Glass" emergency exit systems have been replaced with state-of-the-art RBA-certified Push Bar Systems, streamlining the evacuation process for all residents.
Prioritizing Seconds in Emergencies
The previous system required individuals to break a glass enclosure to retrieve a key before unlocking the doorโa multi-step process that could be hindered by panic, injury, or the hazards of broken glass. Recognizing these risks, the I-Asrama management prioritized a transition to a more intuitive, "one-step" solution.
The new Push Bar System allows for immediate egress. With a single physical push against the horizontal bar, the door unlocks and opens simultaneously, ensuring that even in low-visibility or high-stress situations, residents can exit the building in seconds.
A Commitment to Every Life
"Everyoneโs safety is our main concern," "We believe that the welfare of our residents is paramount. By removing the obstacles of the old 'break-glass' method, we are ensuring a smoother, safer, and faster escape route for every individual in our care."
Setting a New Standard for Labour Quarters, by investing in these critical safety upgrades, I-Asrama continues to set a benchmark for Centralized Labour Quarters in Malaysia, proving that modern infrastructure and a "people-first" philosophy go hand-in-hand.
