🎤 Insightful sharing and discussions at the Industrial Leaders Forum & Business Matching!

Held in collaboration with Kadin Indonesia on September 3, this session brought together industry leaders to explore "Enhancing Industrial Competitiveness through ERP and Digital Transformation." Together, we discussed how data, automation, and AI—from Machine integration (MI) and Business Intelligence (BI) to AI assistants like MAiA—are reshaping manufacturing decision-making.

Kami mengulas bagaimana data, otomasi, dan AI—mulai dari MI dan BI hingga AI assistant seperti MAiA—mengubah cara pengambilan keputusan di industri manufaktur.

The session opened with remarks from Benny Soetrisno (Wakil Ketua Umum Bidang Pengembangan Asosiasi/Himpunan/ALB) and Teguh Anantawikrama (Wakil Ketua Umum (WKU) Kadin Indonesia Bidang Transformasi Teknologi, UMKM, dan Digitalisasi) from KADIN Indonesia. Lingeswaran Nathan, Country Director of PT Monitor ERP System, presented as the keynote speaker, with discussions moderated by Ricad Efendi Siregar (Ketua Komite Tetap, Anggota Luar Biasa dan Himpunan, KADIN Indonesia). Closing remarks were also delivered by Taufan Eko Nugroho Rotorasiko (Wakil Ketua Umum Bidang Organisasi, KADIN Indonesia).

Fadhly works closely with IT and Cloud teams across multiple countries, supporting users, systems, infrastructure, documentation, and a wide range of projects.

What he values most about Monitor is the people. The 𝒔𝒖𝒑𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 culture encourages ownership while knowing that help is always just a call or message away.
