销售与市场行政助理的职责：
1.维护与客户、业主及房产中介的良好关系。
2.研究市场趋势、竞争对手的产品和定价策略。
3.在 Iproperty、Property Guru 等平台发布出租房源并回复相关询问。
4.准备并提交有说服力的商业提案，满足客户需求。
5.追踪销售绩效数据，并生成绩效报告（目标与实际销售额）。
6.保持对酒店行业趋势、市场需求及竞争动态的最新了解。
7.定期向高层汇报业务拓展活动、市场情报及交易进度。
8.整理及更新与销售和市场相关的文件（如通话记录、主协议档案、合作协议等）。
9.协助处理业主询问，节庆时期发送祝福短信。
10.协助协议盖章与文件归档工作。

Requirement:
