Creating comfortable, clean rooms that are VALUE for money in Penang

It all started during one of those bootstrapped backpacking trips around Asia, where we encountered one of the worse hostels ever. After having to pass through a series of stairs pass common toilets and a wh******se, we discovered that the dorm was covered in bright pink sheets. Well, we thought at least it was much better than those cartoon character filled linen. That night, trying to close our eyes to cancel out the effects of our jetlag, to our horror, the entire room was bed bug ridden! That was one experience we must have all had, im sure.

So we came back to Penang, which was back in 2010 when the cheap backpacker movement was alive and kicking in Chulia Street. We decided to experiment with some new ideas, like POD styled dorms, hotel styled rain showers and ultra fast WIFI.

Our latest projects- Roomies Suites and Roomies Penang is located at the famous Batu Feringghi Beach Stretch. Check out our rooms and service as we continuously strive to create additional value for our guests, making their stay a memorable one.
