𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 :
• Interested in hospitality management
• Minimum Education Required : Business/Hotel Management/Hospitality or its equivalent
• Must have at least 5 years of Hotel or Hostel Management working experience
• Gender Preferred : Female
• Basic writing skill : Proficiency - Chinese and English spoken and written
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must
• Proficiency in MS Office ( Word, Excel & Power Point ) is a must
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Quick-thinking, planning, coordinating, and executing skills
• Nature of Candidate : Systematic, patient, organised, attention to details, able to multi-task, interested in working with youth and kids

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 :
𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬
• Manage tenant prospects and arrange hostels tours with sales team. Convert new tenants.
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
• Monitor property cleanliness, housekeeping and laundry service.
• Manage rent collection and issuance of receipts.
𝐅&𝐁
• Monitor kitchen, manage food quality, orders and food ingredients purchasing.
𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐬
• Manage petty cash and tally the accounts on monthly basis. (Detailed accounting by others)
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
• Assist to promote the hostel services and working with sales team to formulate promotional/marketing activities internally and externally.
𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞
• To help and advise tenants where required
Salary : RM 4500 - RM6000
Contract Type : Full-time
Experience Level : 5 - 8 years of experience
