Sometimes the best family memories are made in quiet little corners of the world

Tucked away in the heart of heritage streets, Muntri Grove feels like a hidden oasis - peaceful, charming, and full of stories waiting to be discovered.

This visit was extra special because I got to share a little piece of our heritage with my kids. From introducing them to the traditional tempayan to watching them laugh and play inside the beautiful cage at Grove, every moment felt simple yet meaningful.

Of course, no family day is complete without sweet treats 🍦☕
The kids absolutely enjoyed the complimentary ice cream and afternoon tea served by the hotel!

Years may pass, but the memories we create with our children in places filled with history and warmth will always stay with us ❤️

During Chinese New Year, our space is filled with a vibrant and heartwarming festive atmosphere. Glowing red lanterns light up every corner, symbolising prosperity, joy, and good fortune for the year ahead.

Traditional duìlián (对联) — auspicious red couplets carrying blessings for the new year displayed at our entrance, welcoming abundance, happiness, and success. Handmade tassels beautifully complete the décor, adding a refined and elegant finishing touch to the celebration.

Together, it creates a setting rich in culture, warmth, and the unmistakable spirit of the Chinese New Year 🏮
