-Account and Admin Executive
At least 1 year experience and familiarise with hotels accounts)
Job Scope
• Handling full set accounts with knowledge of hotel accounting.
• Assist in checking the daily revenue report.
• Assist in the collection of outstanding payments from otas.
• Assist in the preparation of payments to suppliers and purchasing.
• Preparation of various reports on a timely basis.
• Maintaining a proper and organized filing system, ensuring all documentations are up to date and in files.
• Ensure all company policies and control is implemented and in place at all times.
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Superior.
• Perform stock count and ensure inventory and usage are tied.
• Assist in monthly payroll. Epf, Lhdn, Sosco and Eis.
• Assisting in submission of sst every two months.
• Able to work independently.
Benefits:
Salary RM2000 to RM2500
Epf, Sosco and Eis

-Front desk Receptionist (9am to 6pm/ 2pm to 1030pm)
